Fun with the Brush

If a child resists tooth brushing, it’s time to make the experience more enjoyable. Getting child to brush his teeth sounds simple enough. But if you’ve had to hold down a struggling toddler just to do this, then you know it is easier said than done.

However, the alternative of not brushing leads to a whole host of problems like rotten teeth. At this very young age, children do not really care about dental hygiene. To them brushing teeth is boring, time consuming, and takes time away from play, making it very frustrating for a toddler. If a child fights for efforts to keep his teeth clean and does not want t5o brush, it is time to make the experience more fun.  Here are some tips to make brushing more pleasant and entertaining for children; Have a special toothbrush, get an electric toothbrush and rev it up or turn brushing time into a race or game.
